Second Simulated Living Lab
Legacy Commons will be RNFI's second simulated living lab and workforce training site, expanding hands-on learning for participants, families, students, volunteers, and future direct support professionals.

Community Center
The renovated two-story home will anchor the site as a place to learn, gather, and connect.
- First floor: community lounge and recreational space for workshops, events, and gatherings
- Second floor: respite apartment and on-site overnight staff space
Independent Living Residences
Four new one-bedroom, one-bath units. Private, comfortable, and independent.
