Each space on this campus was designed with — and for — adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, centering their voice, safety, and growth at every step.

Supportive housing models that promote independence — designing environments where adults with IDD can build self-determination, daily routines, and community connections on their own terms.

  • Isa's Barn — a single resident adaptive supported living demonstration home
  • Pavilion Apartment — single resident Peer Support companion housing
  • Mini RV — flexible mobile respite retreat for residents and caregivers
  • Privacy-first, camera-free remote support monitoring technology

Hands-on learning, vocational experiences, and confidence-building opportunities grounded in real work — because meaningful employment starts with meaningful practice.

  • Horticultural and agricultural training on working farm land
  • Covered pavilion for skills workshops and job coaching
  • Adjacent soccer field for team-based recreation and learning
  • Partnership with Pebblebrook Farms wellness plant operation
